From confusing reports to clear next steps.

Medical reports are written for clinicians. HealthLens is written for you — labs, imaging, prescriptions, discharge summaries, and more — so you can explain the report to a family member and walk into the clinic prepared.

Educational only

Not a diagnosis. Not a medical device. HealthLens helps you understand — it does not replace clinical judgment.

Clinician boundaries

We never replace your doctor or emergency care. When something may need attention, we point you toward clinicians calmly.

Soft friction

Incomplete context never blocks reading your report. More context means richer explanations — skipping still works.

Common questions.

Is HealthLens a doctor or a diagnosis tool?+

No. HealthLens is educational. It helps you understand medical reports and prepare for conversations with clinicians — it does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace medical care.

What kinds of medical reports can I upload?+

HealthLens is built for medical reports broadly — labs, imaging, heart tests, pathology, prescriptions, discharge summaries, and more. Blood reports have the deepest interpretation today; other types get a clear summary with deeper interpretation expanding over time.

Do I need to complete my health profile?+

No. Context questions at upload are optional. You can skip them and still get a clear summary. Answering them helps personalize explanations for that report.

How private is my data?+

Your reports and summaries are private to your account. You can delete your account from Settings at any time.

What if something looks urgent?+

HealthLens uses calm language and never softens true urgency with home remedies. If something may need care, we encourage you to contact a clinician promptly — and seek emergency care when appropriate.

Does this replace my clinician?+

No. HealthLens is for personal understanding between visits and for making those visits more productive. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

Can I compare reports over time?+

Yes — as you upload more reports, HealthLens builds a health history. Comparable markers can show Improved, Stable, or Worsened so change becomes visible across visits.

Clear understanding starts with the report you already have.
